Cold foil - Cold foil stamping is made by metal foil gluing on printed material by special UV glue.
As well, ink may be applied directly on metal foil (gold, silver, color, hologram), providing wide range of label styling possibilities. Combination of print with ”cold” gold foil and hot-foil stamping (in line or after-print) in one design may place emphasis on nuances and features of a product. Cold Foil utilizes a specially developed release and a free radical UV-cured adhesive that works with a printing process and doesn’t require the traditional use of heat or a hot stamping die.
